Initial Registration
Deadline: For 2026 events included in the intial schedule announcement on December 17, 2025, the registration deadline is January 31, 2026.
For all events with dates confirmed after December 17, the initial registration deadline will be 30 days after the event date confirmation is announced.
Complete Registration: A complete registration turned in by the initial registration deadline consists of a completed registration form, deposit, and a signed consent form from school administration.
Difference Between “Tentative” and “TBD”
“Tentative” event details are in the final stages of confirmation.
“TBD” or “to be determined” only refers to the event date and indicates that a date has yet to be confirmed for the event.
Example: We intend to return to McLane Stadium at Baylor. We are waiting on the date to be confirmed.
