BOA Leadership BLAST at Grand Nationals
What?
BOA Leadership BLAST at Grand Nationals is a one-of-a-kind explosion of leadership development. This is NOT a “sit-and-listen” style event. All attendees will be involved in our multi-level experiential approach to immediately implement what they’ve learned.Â
Session leaders will include Fran Kick, Justin McLean, Eric Jimenez, and Frank Crockett.Â
Who?
This event is designed for entire high school band programs to attend together. Leadership BLAST is not just for current leaders in your program but intends to inspire everyone to lead better, follow smarter, and keep KICKin’ IT IN long after the marching band season is over.

2023 BOA Grand National Participating Bands
$20 per student
Receive four complimentary adult tickets to Leadership Blast for every 20 paid students.
Non-participating Bands
$30 per student – including a General Admissions ticket to Friday Prelims
Receive four complimentary adult tickets to both Leadership Blast and Prelims for every 20 paid students.
