Forms for Participating Bands - Due 30 Days Before Each Event

You MUST complete the following forms before your band can take the field at a Bands of America Championship.

Forms are due 30 days prior to your scheduled event.

  • Copyright Report
  • Information Form
  • Director Name Badge & Additional Credentials Form
  • Student Roster Submission Form
  • Bus/Truck Parking Pass Request Form
  • Program Book & Script Form
    • EXCEPTION: Grand National Bands must complete the Program Book and Script Form by September 15.
  • Enrollment Verification Form
    • The Enrollment Verification Form will be sent directly to your principal.
Tickets & Credentials for Participating Bands

 

 Grand Nationals Tickets

Participating band pre-order group tickets will open at 1:00 pm on July 15, 2024, and close on July 29, 2024.
Grand Nationals Tickets will open to the public on August 12, 2024 at 10:00 am.

Spectator ticket information can be found on each event’s webpage and will open to the public on August 1, 2024 @ 10:00 am.

Directors' Checklist

The Directors’ Checklist is used to keep track of what forms Music for All (Bands of America) has and has not received for your band.

You will need your email and registration ID to complete the Directors’ Checklist form. You received your registration ID in the August mailing. If you did not receive it, please email us at fall@musicforall.org.
