You MUST complete the following forms before your band can take the field at a Bands of America Championship.
Forms are due 30 days prior to your scheduled event.
Spectator ticket information can be found on each event’s webpage and is available now for most events.
The Directors’ Checklist is used to keep track of what forms Music for All (Bands of America) has and has not received for your band.
NEW in 2023: You will need your email and registration ID to complete the Directors’ Checklist form. You received your registration ID in the August mailing. If you did not receive it, please email us at fall@musicforall.org.
