Our primary method of communication for this ensemble is through email. All outgoing communication will be sent to the student email address, and the parent address that we have on file, coming from the applicant’s original application. If you need to change either of the email addresses we have on your student’s record, please email us to make that change.
If you are not receiving our emails, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to ensure that our communications are coming through to your inbox.
We are asking all members to join us for a Live Kick-Off meeting with member of the Music for All and Music Travel Consultants staff to discuss the trip in greater detail, answer any questions you may have and go over the registration process so you can begin making payments. This meeting will take place on Monday, March 1st at 8:30 p.m. ET via Zoom.
