Volunteer Shift Assignments and Schedules
Volunteers Shift assignment can be found on the Google sheet here.
- Volunteers are placed into shifts on a first-come first-serve basis.
- The sign-up form is preferential. Those who requested multiple shifts may only be assigned one or two spots.
- See open positions? Email volunteer@musicforall.org if you are interested in filling empty shifts!

Volunteer Check-In and Maps
- Volunteer Check-In is located on the south east corner of Lucas Oil Stadium near Band Check-In. See the Site Overview Map below for more information.
- At Volunteer Check-In, you will confirm your shifts with the BOA staff member onsite. You will also receive
- Volunteer T-Shirt
- Volunteer Wristband – This is your ticket/pass into the stadium for the day (s) you work
- Meal Vouchers (only if you work two shifts in a row).
- Credential
- Complimentary Finals tickets will be sent out on Saturday of Grand Nationals.

Volunteer Parking
Volunteer Parking passes must be printed and displayed on your dashboard.
