Music for All’s Bands of America Honor Band will march in The Rose Parade on New Year’s Day 2022 in Pasadena, California. With more than 300 members, this national honor band will represent school band programs across America. Meet the members!

Why did you apply to be a member of the Honor Band?

I applied to be a member because I thought I would be a really cool experience and a fun time.

What part of the trip are you most excited about?

Meeting everyone and having fun.

What are three things you’ve learned from being involved in your high school music program?

I have learned leadership, patience and confidence.

To date, what is your favorite memory of being involved in your high school band program?

My favorite memory is going up to Indianapolis to perform at Grand Nationals and having fun with the whole band

What activities and clubs are you involved in?

I’m involved in band, JROTC, marksmanship, and FFA.

What are your post-graduation plans?

I hope to go to University of Florida and double Major in music and psychology and minor in criminal justice.

Have you participated in any Music for All or Bands of America activities before? If so, which ones?

Yes I have, I have participated in Super Regionals and Orlando Regional Championship.
