Music for All is grateful that conditions allowed completion of the entirety of the preliminary competition after a significant delay of show due to weather at the Bands of America South Texas Regional at McAllen, Texas on Saturday, September 21, 2024. Due to the weather conditions earlier in the day that foremost concerned the safety and well-being of the participants and audience members, Bands of America officials canceled the evening’s Finals. 

We would like to thank all involved in ensuring the safety of band members, spectators, and staff during the event.

The overriding ticketing policy for Music for All/Bands of America events is that tickets are non-refundable. However, where extraordinary circumstances like severe weather cause the cancellation of all or a substantial portion of an event, Music for All has established refund policies for that event and offered full or partial refunds as appropriate.

The costs of the event (stadium rental, stadium personnel, judges’ fees and other expenses) were still incurred and paid by Music for All for the event. We invite our patrons to consider foregoing a refund and instead donate the value of your refund in support of these expenses. Thank you in advance if you choose to donate your refund and we will provide you with an acknowledgement of your charitable contribution upon request.

Following are Music for All’s policies concerning ticket refunds for the 2024 Regional at McAllen, Texas:

Day Pass – Finals Portion – Refund of $12*
Finals Ticket – Full refund of $22*

Please note that ticket processing fees are not refundable

To request a refund, please email it to support@aftontickets.com. If you choose to donate the value of your refund to Music for All, please indicate this in your request. Refund requests must be received by October 31, 2024.
