Music for All was disappointed that the threat of severe weather forced the cancellation of the Bands of America Carolina Regional Championship on Saturday. We know how much preparation, anticipation, and commitment go into these events, and we share the disappointment of the students, directors, families, and spectators who were affected.
We sincerely appreciate the understanding and support of everyone impacted by the cancellation.
While tickets to Bands of America Championships are generally nonrefundable, Music for All has established refund provisions for extraordinary circumstances, including event cancellations due to severe weather.
We are working with Coastal Carolina University to process refunds and will share more details on this as we finalize that this week.
Music for All incurred substantial expenses in preparing for this event, despite its cancellation. As a nonprofit organization, we remain committed to responsibly managing our resources while continuing to provide positively life-changing experiences through music.
Thank you for your understanding, your support of these outstanding student performers, and your continued commitment to music education.
