Due to the weather conditions related to Hurricane Helene, the BOA Kentucky Regional was held as a standstill with the bands who were able to attend performing indoors for evaluation only. Ticket sales were suspend on Friday when the decision was made to move the event indoors.
While the overriding ticketing policy for Music for All/Bands of America events is that tickets are non-refundable, where extraordinary circumstances like severe weather cause the cancellation of all or a substantial portion of an event, Music for All has established refund policies for that event and offered full or partial refunds as appropriate.
The costs of the event (stadium rental, personnel travel and housing, judges’ fees and other expenses) were still incurred and paid by Music for All for the event. We invite our patrons to consider foregoing a refund and instead donate the value of your refund in support of these expenses. Thank you in advance if you choose to donate your refund and we will provide you with an acknowledgement of your charitable contribution upon request.
Following are Music for All’s policies concerning ticket refunds for the 2024 Regional at Louisville, Kentucky:
Day Pass – Refund of $50
Prelims or Finals Individual Ticket – Full refund of $30
(* or the discounted amount as applicable for Military or Senior Discounts)
Please note that ticket processing fees are not refundable.
To request a refund, please email it to support@aftontickets.com. If you choose to donate the value of your refund to Music for All, please indicate this in your request. Refund requests must be received by October 31, 2024.
