Music for All is grateful that weather conditions allowed completion of the entirety of the preliminary competition at the Bands of America Regional at Waco, Texas on Saturday, October 28. We were not as fortunate for Finals. Due to the weather conditions and forecasted possibility of continued weather in the evening and after considering the safety and well-being of the participants and audience members, Bands of America officials canceled the evening’s Finals.
